This screen allows you to either Add a new contact or change the details of a contact you have already highlighted on the View Contact screen.
The first thing to note is that not all details have to be recorded. All that is required to be added is a Company name. If the Contact Type already exists then it will be available for selection using the drop down box
Most of the controls on this screen are obvious. Also note that the address format will change according to the country of choice.
Do NOT send to the PDA means that this contact information will not be sent to the PDA if the checkbox is ticked.
You can archive the contact using the checkbox.
Contact numbers, Photo, Directions and Notes can be entered on the screen.
Once you have entered the information click OK to save or Cancel to cancel the operation.
