Client/Stable Invoice

You can either invoice a client, a stable/barn or create a One-off/Unknown Client.

Note: The client name can be displayed as either Forename/Surname (the default) or if preferred can be shown in reverse order (i.e. Last Name, First Name). This can be achieved by checking the box under Preferences/General/Display Client Last Name,First Name.

If selecting a stable/barn name, then if the stable name is present that will be displayed, otherwise it will default to the stable owners name.

Having selected a Client or Stable/Barn, their address will appear automatically:-

The horses for that client/Stable/Barn will now be available for selection in the horse column as shown below:-
