Phone Number

Any number of phone numbers can be stored against a client, contact, supplier etc.

However, not only can numbers be stored, but also email addresses and website URL's.

Use For Work Sheet - check this box to show the number on the work sheet

Preferred Contact - check this box to indicate this is the preferred contact number. This will be shown highlighted in green on the view and edit client screens

Appointment Reminder - Check this box to indicate this is the number to use when sending out automated appointment reminders via EMail or SMS
