Book Next Appointment

This screen allows you to create a new appointment.  However, please note that if an invoice has not been previously raised then a message will show as a warning. Once this process is started, the appointment will be set as completed and no invoicing checks can be easily made.

Assuming you have either raised an invoice or have selected to continue you will see the screen as shown.  The "predicted" next visit will have been marked according to how the horse record has been set up which of course can be overridden if desired.

You may also enter any notes you might wish to be reminded of next time.

You can now press Create The Appointment which will switch over to the Appointments for the future specified date.

With the Appointments now showing you can find a suitable date for the next appointment, switching view of necessary to see surrounding appointments on other days.

Once a date has been found, right click on the date/time combination. You will note that the appointment has been pre filled with the date, time, dentist or vehicle, client, horse and any notes provided. make any final adjustments and press OK and you will be returned to the Appointments screen. Now press the big button at the bottom (overlaying the notes area) to return to the Complete Appointment screen.

This process will set the previous appointment to completed and change the last and next visit dates on the horse record.
