The multiple functionality capability is available for various areas of the system and works according to that area.
The main principle is to enable you to either :
In all cases you will tick the checkbox in the very left hand column on the View screens. We show examples below:-
View Bank Accounts & Transactions
This functionality on the View Bank Account & Transactions screen allows the Bank Accounts to be exported to Quickbooks. Simply click in the very left hand column of the screen to select the account or accounts and press the Quickbooks button on left hand menu.
This functionality on the View Clients screen gives the facility to (a) allows you to print labels for selected multiple clients (b) send emails to multiple clients and (c) export selected clients to Quickbooks.
When sending batch emails the emails are automatically formatted so that each client only sees their own email address
This functionality on the View Contacts screen gives the facility to (a) allows you to print labels for selected multiple contacts (b) send emails to multiple contacts and (c) export selected contacts to Quickbooks.
