Observations before Work

This first section allows you to enter the history of the horse as presented.  Any notes from a previous visit will be shown.

Nutrition notes can be entered if thought to be useful.

The Abbreviated Codes table allows you to tick various items you may wish to haven under the history when the chart is printed out which maybe referred to in the notes, or simply a quick way of entering history.

Occlusion measurement before work is performed can be recorded in this section.
