Phone Type

By clicking on Presences on the top toolbar followed by Settings/General and selecting Phone Type you are able to set up the types. You are able to manage the Phone Type List and from here you can Add, Edit or Delete a type. These types will be available for selection in the dropdown box on the client details for example.

The "Text" Capable and "Email Capable" checkboxes can be ticked to indicate that these phones will accept text and email messages. These will then be noted on the client record.
