Standard Letters

By clicking on Preferences on the top toolbar followed by Settings/General and selecting Standard Letter you are able to set up Standard Letters. You can manage the Standard Letter List and from here you can Add, Edit or Delete a type. These Letters will then be available for automatic selection.
