Statements |

Statements can be formatted in two ways, either with a full statement or just a summary.
Step 1 - First decide on the type of statement you require using the radio buttons.
Step 2 - Decide on whether you wish to see the Paid Invoices or the Overdue by ticking the appropriate checkbox
Step 3 - Now select the Date Range using the radio button. If you wish to select the range then click in the Select Range radio button and then select and Start and End Date using the calendar.
Step 4 - Now click in the column under the tick to select the clients you wish to issue statements for, either all of them or a selection.
Step 5 - Finally, once you have actioned the first 4 steps the Print button will be available to press and you can now view and print the statements.
