Subscription Key

Once you have purchased the system you will be sent a Subscription Code that will ensure that you receive free updates (usually for 12 months unless by prior arrangement) from the date of purchase, together with full instructions on how to enter.

After the 12 month period you will be reminded that your Subscription Key is expiring. You then have the option to obtain further updates at a small cost.

To enter the key simply click on Register on the top menu followed by Enter Subscription Key. You will see a window as shown below.

When entering the key, please make sure you have no invalid characters, spaces or otherwise entered in the space provided. Press Validate Subscription Key to complete the process.

To purchase a new plan simply click on Help and Purchase Subscription Key.  You will now be taken to the appropriate website where you are able to purchase the key.

We will let you know what future features or changes we intend making to the program and you can then decide whether you wish to renew your subscription.

The updates are optional and if you are quite happy with the program as it stands then we will still support you whichever version you are currently running.
