There are two ways to get to the scanner setup screen.
The first is the pulldown menu from the Scan Manager screen:
The second is from the Quick Scan menu. You open the Quick Scan menu by right-clicking the mouse over the main image viewer in the Scan Manager:
If no scanner profiles exist, the Quick Scan menu looks like this:
