The utilities provided have the potential to corrupt both your Quickbooks information and/or information in Dentists Manager. You MUST read and understand this help file thoroughly before attempting to use ANY of the functions provided.
It is important to understand that in order to process information (especially when exporting to Quickbooks) the utilities expect certain information to be present. In other words, if you try to add a Customer to Quickbooks that does NOT exist in Quickbooks then it will do just that. If the Customer DOES exist then an error message will usually be displayed and the Customer will not be added. However, in some cases duplicate records could potentially be created. An example might be where a record exists in Quickbooks and Dentists Manager but with slightly misspelled names.
To overcome this scenario, we recommend that you load your information into Dentists Manager FROM Quickbooks first as this minimises the duplication effect and that the correct records are guaranteed to be updated. |
