Ways to View

The Appointments can be viewed in three different ways:- Daily, Weekly , Monthly views or via the Planner.

The Daily Work Sheet  and the Multi dentist Schedule can be viewed and printed from here.

Daily

The Daily view differs from the Weekly or Monthly views in that it does not have the Select dentist button

The header says "Daily Appointments For All dentists" so clearly all the dentists and Students will be shown on this screen.  If you are a one dentist practice then it will be just your appointments showing.

Weekly

The Weekly view differs from the Daily view in that it has the Select a dentist button. However this will not appear unless there is more than one dentist/student.

If that is the case, then this will always show the master user (registered user) and to view any other dentist/student appointments you will have to use the Select a dentist button to change the name.

Monthly

The Monthly view differs from the Daily view in that it has the Select a dentist button. However this will not appear unless there is more than one dentist/student.

If that is the case, then this will always show the master user (registered user) and to view any other dentist/student appointments you will have to use the Select a dentist button to change the name.

The window will show a months appointments at a time.
